Its very sad when good people pass away unexpectedly. I guess I’ll dedicate this post to COL Bernard Tan Cheow Han, ACGS (Pers), and the head of G1-Army. I remember being really impressed with his energy and dedication towards changing the work culture and mindsets within the G1-Family, and how he lobbied the change towards a “3G SAF”. I hope the changes he has set rolling will continue when the next person takes over, but for now I’ll offer my deepest condolences to his family and say a silent prayer for him.

In any case, his death caps a relatively sombre week for me, where I finished 1 Liter of Tears, Iriya No Sora UFO No Natsu, and adds revives a question which apparently lay dormant for a long time till this: Why do good people die young? Guess its time to do some research and dig up some figures yet again.

Apart from ruminating over such questions, I’ve once again picked up from where my burst of inspirations led me to finishing Chapter 2 of the novel. I guess i stuck myself when thinking up such a way to continue the story, but a thought just struck me again, which seems to be the heart of my hesitation towards penning down chapter 3. Anyway, since I’ve finally discovered the thorn, I guess Chapter 3 should be out soon….. Hopefully. One problem though, I still have problems trying to write a blog entry like a girl, so any assistance from girls would be greatly appreciated.

I remember talking to kwok till 5 am in the morning on Fri/Sat… quite a good chat about work I guess, plus all the other conversations we had… In any case, I saw a recurring theme again at Junming’s chalet. So NSFs do this shitty things too. I’m glad to have my Otaku friends, misfits they may seem to be as compared to the rest, but i guess I can rely on them much, much more. Before I forget, I’ll put down a big thank you here to everyone I know for tolerating me since you all have gotten to know me; my temper, my personality, my indiosyncracies etc.

I forsee a chaotic week ahead at work. Good night.
