Made an interesting observation today while blog-surfing (and looking at Arsenal get bashed by United). Seems that former atheists have all turned towards Christianity (a reflection on how wide reaching the effects of God/Jesus is, or just a another result of Westernisation? I honestly do not know.), while on the other hand, there are those (including me) who are christians/catholics but have embraced a more global and open-handed approach towards the world (i.e. values, views etc)…
Good? Bad? Controversial? Maybe I’ll ponder over it and I’ll write my thoughts on it (might be very sensitive and controversial I must say), after all, I must say that Islam is so similar to Christianity in the values they espouse, yet they are not looked upon that kindly in the world today (even disregarding terrorism). I have a hunch its mainly because of its simple/sometimes vague rules…
*shakes head* Too tired to think further…. shall go sleep on it. Interesting…
